Return & refund policy

We stand behind every piece that leaves the shop. If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Stock items

Non-personalized stock products (fidgets, coasters, tumblers, glassware, keychains, etc.) can be returned in unused, resalable condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Customer covers return shipping.

Custom & personalized orders

Custom-engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-your-artwork pieces are final sale — we can't restock them. If your custom order shows up damaged or with a production defect, we'll remake it at no cost. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged in transit

Take a photo of the packaging and the damaged item and email us within 7 days. We'll file the carrier claim and ship a replacement.

How to start a return

Email orders@wildwileyco.com with your order number and a short description (plus photos for damage). We'll reply with a return address and next steps within one business day.

Refund timing

Once a returned item is inspected, refunds post to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
